°†° Rules °†° 1. Your site must be family friendly. No pornography, MP3, Warez, etc may be featured on your site. (Tasteful nudity in artwork may be permitted, simply contact or , and we will look over the items in question to determine if they fit the criteria.) 2. Social networking pages such as MySpace, FriendFeed, Friendster, Facebook, etc are not considered websites and will not be accepted. If you have a link to these things on your site, that is acceptable, but they cannot be your full site. 3. Absolutely no flaming/bashing of Magick N' Mystery or any other competition. This includes the competition as a whole, any staff members, and any fighters at the competition. If you are found to be doing this, you will be removed from Magick N' Mystery. 4. You must have a guestbook that is both working and accepts HTML. If you do not have one, you can get one from Bravenet, HTMLgear, or Dream Book. 5. You must not have any copyright infringements on your site. Do not assume that simply because the website does not say you cannot use it, that you are allowed to use it. Ask permission and be sure to give credit where credit is due. 6. Absolutely no bandwidth stealing. Not only is this illegal but it is rude. Exceptions are if the site actually shows that you may link the graphic/video/etc from their site. This will be checked! 7. You may have up to 3 sites total in the competition. 8. Your website must not be "members only" or password protected in any area. 9. You must display your Magick N' Mystery approved banner on your website's index page at all times. You must also display your team's proud member and/or vote banners on either your index or your spirit page. One-stop voting pages are also acceptable as long as they are accesible from the main menu of your site. 10. You must be at least 16 years of age in order to join this competition without parental permission. Magick N' Mystery will not be held responsible for children who lie about their age to join the competition. If you find that your child has joined without permission, please contact Lady Winter to have the site removed immediately. °†° Voting Rules °†° 1. Self-voting is a requirement! In the qualifying level of your team, you must vote 3 days per week in order to advance to the regular competition level. From the first regular competition level of your team through the Mystic Visions level, you must vote for yourself 3 days out of the week in order to be eligible to advance to the next level. If you are participating in the Magick Quest at the end of the year, you will be required to vote for yourself all 4 days of the week in order to be eligible to win. Any site that does not vote all 4 days of the week during Magick Quest will be disqualified. 2. Only 1 vote per day per IP address will be accepted. Should there be a reason more than one vote would be required from an IP address (such as roommates/family members voting for your site using the same internet connection as you do), please contact your team leader to let them know.
